The rationale that I never knew!!!

For Malayalis all over the world, the 1989 movie Kireedam is an iconic one and for me especially, it holds a special place because of the kind of relationship I have always had with my father and also because the father's face-cut, looks, pose and mannerisms in the film are exactly like my father's.

It's a complete film from every angle with nothing more to be added or redone even after 35 years of the movie's release.

Actors who played the same part in its remake in Hindi (Gardish 1993) and Tamizh are not able to generate the same impact.
